We stand by the quality of Free Me Company products. Our partner factory – L’Origine here in the UAE producing our products are both GMP and ISO 9001 certified.
Our human being application products, are all fully certified by the Montaji Department in Dubai Municipality.
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Free Me Company are committed to customer satisfaction.
There are no returns or exchanges on your Free Me Products and all sales are final. Exceptions are faulty items or product not delivered as per the customer instructions on Free Me Company website.
3. WHAT IF I BELIEVE MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at [email protected]
Faulty items will be assessed on a case by case basis. If your item is found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
Free Me Company will arrange to collect any product that has been identified and assessed as a quality issue or which is not delivered as per the customer order on the Free Me Company website.
Free Me Company reserves the right to reject returns that we reasonably believe to be damaged through improper use. If this is the case no refund or credit will be issued and the items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
4. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY RETURN WHEN IT REACHES FREE ME COMPANY?
Once Free Me Company receive your returned/faulty product we will assess your claim within 7 days. If eligible, we will send you a promotional code to replace your item via freemecompany.com
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
5. AFTER HOW MANY DAYS CAN CUSTOMER RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Customers can return the product within 3 days from the date of purchase.
6. WHAT SHOULD BE THE PRODUCT CONDITION ON RETURN?
The product should be in new condition and unopened.
